Baylor place kicker Chris Callahan gets DECLEATED by a Michigan State player on a blocked kick at the end of the 2014 Goodyear Cotton Bowl Classic on January 1, 2015. Notice the kickers reaction after getting hit, yes it looks painful, but really funny. I heard he tweeted after the game that he was still alive.

In slow motion, it looks like it could be a penalty because he started at the chest and continued up towards the head. Tough one to call either way but glad the kicker was okay.

He was hit in the front which is legal, but while he was in the air it appears that the spartan player grabbed him by the facemask & slammed him to the ground which is a personal foul & it should've been a penalty from the spot of the foul which would've made them start deep in their own territory. Personally I thought it was a clip block in the back at first because of the way he went airborn when I saw it on the big screen at the game
