I never realized how when Bayo summons infernal creatures, she keeps her hair wrapped around them to restrain them and continue controlling them. I always figured that she simply opens a portal, and then whatever demon she summons choses to help her because of her arrangement with Inferno and her pact with Madama Butterfly. Rather, it's Madam Butterfly who gives Bayonetta the power and authority to bend lesser demons to her will.

I think I get what happened there. She used her magical hair to make a portal to summon a dragon to take down some baddie, but then the dragon broke all the way through and she had to raze a few buildings to unsommon it by entangling it in her magical hair and pulling it down into the portal made of her magical hair. I find it a bit weird how she didn't sound even remotely out of breath and how the presumably loud noise from the building-eating dragon didn't drown out her unimpressed remark, but I think physics is thoroughly abused at this point, so that's probably the least weird of all.

+Nadhif Bhagawanta Nah DMC feels more insane then this, yeah sure this is oot shounen level but most of those moments are forced via QTEs, which i don't have a problem with, however QTEs would be awful for DMC. Especially when they already kinda exist through just frames, like how you can counter all bosses and some enemies with Nero's devil arm, which also has unique animations, or Royal Guard stuff with Dante.

It was a mid-air summon so she could have been falling slowly like when you shoot her guns in the air or she can summon an umbran seal temporarily. In both games she can be seen in the cutscenes fighting mid-air without falling. We may not know her complete power set yet.
