Feels like they specified attractive so that the pretty compliment lined up, which actually makes it weirder because it implies the writers think it's common place for the viewers to be judging the attractiveness of 11 year old girls when they're on screen.

I like the idea that Mitch's insatiable appetite is actually because he himself is an ancient demon and doesn't know it. Other demons come around to try to get him to devour the world and he's too preoccupied with Sandwiches to realize

Allison finally reaching the episode where she was first exposed to Baywatch... It's beautiful, glorious and a little sad. Knowing Baywatching will never be the same. Almost like we hit the middle of the journey of the Baywatch verse.

I can't believe this has been a like... ten year journey to get right back here. I already left a big love bomb for this on your Patreon but can I just add here that having seen how checked out and bored David Hasselhoff was in every Nights Season 2 episode leading up to this, its absolutely wild to see him suddenly wake up and deliver *the performance of his career.* I have got to wonder what motivated him to take THIS episode seriously, but I am so glad he did.

My personal theory is that this episode was one of the first ones they filmed for Season Two. The difference between his performance here and his performances in the other later episodes is stunning.

@@jeffweskamp3685 I keep thinking it must have been filmed early on but then there’s things like Alexandra Paul’s hair having grown out more since her death episode on Baywatch and the fact it’s referencing her departure from that show. Also it runs so late in the season, it seems weird to hold it that far in given that stuff actually happens lol Maybe Allison’s scripts have production codes that can shed a little light on this

I am amused at how it seems the demon-possessed kid just... disappears from the plot. They told Hasselhoff to eat the scenery, and he accidentally devoured all other people who could maybe have some relevance to the plot. Also, where the kids adopted BECAUSE they were psychic so that the demon could have a suitable host, or were kids adopted for the sake of having hosts for demons giving people success and hten end up with psychic powers?

Confession. This is the only episode of Baywatch Nights or Baywatch, I ever sat down and watched. Back in the 90's, I was a big X-Files fan. When I heard that Baywatch was doing a X-Files ripoff, I smugly checked out and was not prepared of how silly it was.

Honestly, the main thing that prevents that video from holding up today is that the standards for discussions on Baywatch have greatly evolved since the old days. I'm don't know if that's a good thing or a bad thing, but such is the legacy of this channel.

I've been looking forward to this rewatch ever since Baywatching started. This review had me in stitches, especially all the continuity callbacks you did now, and the running gag of Stephanie as a reincarnated dog never fails to get a giggle. Loved this review, one of my all time faves now for sure!

Allison, I'm sure you remember Mitch dying in the series finale of Baywatch Hawaii and then is brought back to life in the reunion movie when discovering he had amnesia and was in a hospital LOL!🏖🏝👰‍♀🎥P.S. Alexandra Paul who also died in the original series was also brought back as a different character Allison Ford originally Stephanie Holden. She did appear as a Ghost in Baywatch Nights.👻
