Hi which garage is this, how much does a clutch replacement cost on a Peugeot 208 mk1 semi auto?

Just a question after you fitted the clutch what was the procedure with getting it working. i.e programming the biting point, programing the gear change, pressurising the actuator?

Mine drives like shit after new clutch and flywheel lol and some times swops to manual then bk to auto going dwn gears iv noticed any idea lol

My dad's Citroen C4 has the same ETG6-gearbox. After clutch and flywheel replacement gearshift became even slower than before the repair. I counted it takes now 2-3 seconds (!) to upshift. In reverse gear the clutch slips so badly that it begins to smell. The car haven't done that either before the repair. Is there something wrong with the software? The work was done by a professional PSA specialized workshop.

Sorry to bring this one back from the dead.. just wondering if you had any recommendations for a budget diagnostic equipment to reprogramme a 508 semi automatic.. doing it on the drive and to say its a nightmare, is an understatement! 😢

I'm not sure tbh in lower end cheaper diag tools as I've never used them and hate to say something you buy it and not work

Mine will select reverse and car moves but if I select drive it doesn't move and stays in neutral then throws a code p1734 gear actuation position in the gear selection shaft signal fault . How can I fix this ? Can I remove actuators with the box on the car ? Thanks in advance a fellow mechanic

Not many will get involved don't know why its a normal clutch job with pressing a few buttons

My 3008 judders on pull of sum times swops from auto to manuel in 3d and changes slow is it slipping ? And jerks in 1s and 2nd bad like ur rocking lol

You dont have to lower the subframe ?? i watch other video and they lower the subframe and i do the same and now stuck with bolt spin around. Will be easier for me tighten bolt and dont touch subframe

What this little square doing on pressure plate? I order Valeo kit and pressure plate looks different the car dont drive and wont let me to learn gearbox is it mean i fit a wrong parts?

The clutch hydraulic fuild does that tank stay full after bleed as mine is lower its not full

My peugeot 3008 seni auto driving in auto changes to m3 then back to a3 any idea happend in 4th as well its like a curly m not like when its in full manual mode? Does this mean its slipping ?

Don't think you really have to do the learning and driving bit.

If you want your gearbox to work properly and not ruin your new clutch, you do have to do relearn procedure.

I watch ur videos on tik tok lol i have peugeot 3008 semi it jerks bad in low gears slow when changing and judders and swops from a to m to auto in 3d some times is this clutch as had it done an flywheel seems getting worse and worse no one will do was gona drive 3 hours to u lol
