To effectively stop Russia attack, Ukraine should develop abundantly ,deadly bio-chemical weapons, UAVs, long-range missiles that can carry both bio-chemical & conventional weapons deep into Russia's territory. It will be an unprecedented pandemic , can almost wipe out the Russian population... Bio-chemical weapons can be made quickly within weeks with technologies that Ukraine currently have . This is an effective , fast strategy to counterbalance Russian's military might and nuclear power. Russia will not dare to use its nuclear power because it can't bear such a total loss of its population, thus the total destruction of its economy... Ukraine should not be intimidated by Russia

Civilians made up just 3,000 of the deaths and most of the attacks that killed more than 10 can be connected to the separatists, including the shootdown of MH17.
