Do you have (or know of) the full version of the technical fault BBC1 had going into a Wallace and Gromit short near Christmas 2002? The audio of the short started over one of the dancers ident (music video iirc) before the fault caption was abruptly thrown up, with the CA barely containing their laughter! - Music was played before the CA apologised and said "we can now go to Best Inventions" completely missing out the short that night due to all of this! There is a short clip of the end of this fault online and apparently the full version had surfaced too, but it's been missing since, hope somebody uploads it again as I would love to see what happened before
