Gloucester Cathedral, where Vaughan Williams conducted the first performance of his wonderful Tallis Fantasia, and where Andrew Davis conducted the BBC Symphony Orchestra to commemorate that first performance. The video of that magical evening is also here on KZbin.

Just ignore the histrionics and revel in the beautiful sounds of the children’s voices and the glory of the cathedral. Is it Durham? I am ignorant of such things. And too revel in the glory of the battle of the giants: David Warner and James Fox. Just wonderful. Not since Gielgud and Olivier in Brideshead... and Jane Asher is glorious as always. Just love British drama. Loads more you tube please.
