Danny robins is hands down my favorite paranormal host. So wholesome with class.

Regarding these types of occurrences, like the cake box moving from one side of the table to the other, the people who haven't witnessed such things are all too quick to say it didn't happen because it is impossible. The believe that it cannot happen. Most people never think to question there own view of reality. I have no trouble believing that these things occur. I only think that our beliefs about what is possible and what is not is wrong. In other words, reality is NOT what we believe it to be.

I do believe hauntings exist as some kind of psychological phenomena.
@woutertron10 ай бұрын
I believe that the human mind is completely wired to look for and make up narratives that connect unrelated events into some kind of logical chain, and that as a result even the most skeptical among us are only about 2-3 weird coincidences away from believing at least a little in all kinds of crazy things. So in a sense what you're saying is right: our psychology makes it really easy for us to think we're experiencing a haunting. Probably much easier than we'd like to think.

I like uncanny and some of the stories on the podcast are more compelling than others. However I wish Danny would do a deeper investigative dive into these stories instead for the TV show at least. When the guy came to speak with Danny it became clear that he wasn’t having the same experiences at all and that maybe the two ladies were having a joint hallucinatory episode. I think fear begets fear perhaps and you can certainly get yourself into a frenzy.

His experience didn't seem all THAT different - apart from the laughter thing - they all had the same premonition/dream which sceptics might struggle to blame on infrasound as they hadn't even moved in yet.

@@JohnSmith-oe4ci The bit with the laughter scared me to death as it sorta broke the threshold of the entity being clandestine and took the haunting to another level
