I absolutely love how they're showing us how the deer sees what's happening. I knew the prey see a different way so they can't see the predator approach but to see it in a documentary is fantastic. I tried to talk about cooperative evolution to someone on Instagram and they just kept to the old view of competitive evolution to continue their false narrative of life on Earth. Cooperative evolution is more prevalent as we just saw with these lemurs protecting the deer with their alarms. Predators get to use it too like in the ocean when sharks go to cleaning stations to get rid of parasites. Darwin didn't even say it was survival of the fittest, that's probably from a reporter's simplified article about his paper like Newton's apple story to explain gravity, Darwin's theory was actually more about survival of the most adaptable.
@oreosaregood86333 жыл бұрын
although the lemurs aren't intentionally protecting them, but the deer figured out that the call meant danger. Also the lemurs figured out that deer know the call so sometimes they won't even call.. animals are cruel sometimes
