Sir, Ahmad Shah Masood was a Tajik nationalist and had differences with the Pashtuns. The Talabans are mostly Pashtuns. India supported him against the first Taliban government in 1996. He was given two helicopters and a hospital opened for his fighters in the Tajik capital. This was done by India but unfortunately he was killed in a suicide attack.
