Is there more to coffee than just drinking it? Experts say that the smell of the beans is just as important. Neil and Catherine discuss the science behind why coffee often smells better than it tastes and teach some new vocabulary along the way. kzbin.info/www/bejne/a4OWiJd4epZggK8

I feel like it's so hard to really know what food/diet is truly the best nowadays cause there's so much conflicting information. Lots of people think veganism is 100% the healthiest diet, but then there's other people who swear by keto, low carb, gluten free, carnivore etc.

You can, but this is quite a strong statement. Cold turkey means that you suddenly stopped consuming something addictive, then had bad effects from withdrawal. If you decided to quit, with no negative effects, you could say "I knocked it on the head".

These are some information given by this video. You all can have a look at my simple examples. 1. Back on the menu (available again) I went to my favourite restaurant to check that my favourite dish is back on the menu. 2. Rising eyebrows (causing surprise and disbelief) Escaping from the danger rised my eyebrows. 3. Go cold turkey (give up a bad habit immediately and completely) I am about to go cold turkey even if I stop eating junk food, but my mum tells me that I shall eat up all of them before they go bad.😆

Of course red meat is unhealthy, the thing is that the meat industry aims to be profitable, if nobody consume meat they collapse. The human small intestine is about 20 FEET LONG, a lion's is 5 FEET LONG, therefore, you can see why it's very hard to get meat through your digestive system it can sit in pockets for ages causing disease yet it will pass quickly through a lion. We are not and never have been lions just to clear that point up as a few people out ..So the fat of the meat takes ages to be expelled by humans, therefore, it sticks on the intestine walls becoming rotten, being so, this rotten fat causes colon cancer.
@takeoffyourblinkers5 жыл бұрын
lmao. If meat was bad for you, we would have died out as a species many millennia ago. It's what people mix with their macros. Meat/protein, sugar/carbs and fat, ie, junk food is bad, you know, those takeaway giants. In animal meats, saturated fat comes with unsaturated fat, and is almost always more unsaturated. With the exception of milk. Vegetable oil has only been on the food menu for around 100 years as has most packaged shit as well. Stop listening to agenda driven doctors and eat real food.
