It's not their fault Ukraine is attacking their airport via drones in Grozny while a passenger aircraft is trying to land. I don't think you understand how war and aviation works. It's absolutely not a Russia's fault it happened. They did what any other country would do, protect their Sky from the invasion of a foreign country. The aircraft happened to be unlucky in this airspace. Stop looking for the blame of Russians everywhere and open your eyes to a real evilness around you. Ps. No one invited Ukraine to Russia that day to attack Grozny via Drones. That's just facts. That's not anymore a protection of their land but invasion of a land of the neighbour. What if it was a Ukrainian drone?
@christopherrobinson754118 күн бұрын
The pattern of damage shows that the aircraft was struck by a surface to air missile, probably a SA-22, which have fragmentation warhead and are detonated by proximity fuse. This creates a shower of of fragments traveling in the same direction as the missile at a speed of about mach 2.5. From the images available the missile was approaching from below and to the left of the aircraft. The holes on the left side of the fin are bent inwards, indicating that these are the entry points. The holes of the right side of the fin are the exit points. The damage to the fuselage are similar. The SA-22 uses radar or optical sensors to track the target. The Ukrainian drones are air to surface weapons and have a high explosive warhead and employ a contact fuse. If contact was made there would be a very large hole and the aircraft would have disintegrated. Such contact would be extremely unlikely as the drones are designed to hit stationary targets and have no guidance system. The drones are probably likely to be flying at 100 kts and airlinear at 200 kts+. The damage was cause by a missile and not a drone.

The seven tenets of the Satanic Temple I One should strive to act with compassion and empathy toward all creatures in accordance with reason. II The struggle for justice is an ongoing and necessary pursuit that should prevail over laws and institutions. III One’s body is inviolable, subject to one’s own will alone. IV The freedoms of others should be respected, including the freedom to offend. To willfully and unjustly encroach upon the freedoms of another is to forgo one's own. V Beliefs should conform to one's best scientific understanding of the world. One should take care never to distort scientific facts to fit one's beliefs. VI People are fallible. If one makes a mistake, one should do one's best to rectify it and resolve any harm that might have been caused. VII Every tenet is a guiding principle designed to inspire nobility in action and thought. The spirit of compassion, wisdom, and justice should always prevail over the written or spoken word.

Before jumping to unfounded accusations against Russia, consider that unfortunate incidents happen. If you’re looking to assign blame, perhaps focus on Ukraine for flying drones in the same airspace. And to any Americans commenting on this, remember that your country once shot down a commercial jet (Iran Air Flight 655) with 290 people aboard, including 66 children, and never formally apologized.
