That scream at 3:01!! It's not Corey, it's a demon!!
@Safetysweet4 жыл бұрын
Corey’s got one of the best voices in metal history IMO. That scream is instantly recognizable in songs like Duality, Left Behind, and Unsainted.
@j0esh914 жыл бұрын
@@Safetysweet hes got one of the best voices, period. His clean singing is always on point, even when on the brink of tears during snuff, and his screaming voice is also consistently top notch.

I fucking love the break down. " did you think you can win, and fill me in. Do you think you can do it again, I'm not your sin!" And "I was more than you thought I could be" just makes me want to find my dad and just beat him with a smile :) that's why I love this band and especially Corey's lyrics. It's like he fucking knows man. He just knows

That was an insanely metal version of Unsainted 🤘🏼.. Also people saying Corey's mask looks like Joker.. I'd have say he's looking more like The Crow (Eric Draven) here..

It's crazy how good they sound I saw them in 2015 and it was one of the best moments of my life seeing them I've been to alot of concerts but they were one of the best as good as they were when I saw them it doesn't compare to how they currently sound this is the best the band has sounded in years Corey has the gritty scream back and the band in general just sounds tighter you can tell how much closer they've become as brothers and musicians we are not your kind is their best work in my opinion

[Intro] Oh, I'll never kill myself to save my soul I was gone, but how was I to know? I didn't come this far to sink so low I'm finally holding on to letting go (I'll never kill myself to save my soul) I'm finally holding on to letting go (I didn't come this far to sink so low) I'm finally holding on to letting go [Verse 1] I'm just weathering a rough patch Another villain with an itch to scratch Denial is the darkest when you live in a hole Why does the hell make you feel so cold? Make a move and you pay for it Pick a lord and you pray to it You're so demanding when you want the truth But your stories don't read for me [Chorus] Oh, I'll never kill myself to save my soul I was gone, but how was I to know? I didn't come this far to sink so low I'm finally holding on to letting go [Verse 2] Indecision overload Keep a buckle on the devil and your eyes on the road Reaching out for the hand of God But did you think you'd shake your own? This killing field is all grown over The motherfucker wants it wild Go sow your oats in alphabetical order The anti-antagonist is back in style Myopic, cannot see straight Dystopic, one sin too late You gotta lie if you wanna believe But your bibles don't work on me [Chorus] Oh, I'll never kill myself to save my soul I was gone, but how was I to know? I didn't come this far to sink so low I'm finally holding on to letting Go [Bridge] Did you think you could win? And fill me in? Did you think you could do it again? I'm not your sin I was all that you wanted and more, but you didn't want me I was more than you thought I could be So I'm setting you free, I'm setting you free You've killed the saint in me How dare you martyr me You've killed the saint in me
