This is undeniable. I have a great appreciation for Mick; however, Jim Root is notably different. He excels in the harmonic aspect. Not that he is better than Mick; both are monsters. But in every live performance, Jim always adds something unique, giving a fresh feel to the songs. That captivates me a lot.

You can tell the band still loves the fuck out of playing this song. Corey has stated it's his favorite of course, but the rest of the band still goes apeshit for it as well (Clown and Sid especially). For a song that's almost 20 years old, to still have that level of intensity and brutality playing it is impressive. You know that's when a band really loves what they do and they know they wrote a fucking awesome track. Disasterpiece is still, IMO, Slipknot's best work. Plus the energy of the newer guys is infectious as well. Jay murders the drums on this song (and it's a hard as shit song to play) and Pfaff has totally embraced his role as Tortilla Man and proved to be a worthy replacement for Fehn.

Like Hip Hop and Pop and Rap are probably the biggest genres rn but I keep seeing these Metal and Rock shows on these Television Programs. I just think maybe Rock and Metal can make a comeback and be as popular as it was back in the 90's or 80's

Finally! I've been waiting for this! This is like back to school. U blast slipknot music in ur ears and no one understands you.. No one know why you listen to this "kind of music". Today I walk into my work office. I still listen to slipknot till today. Colleague look at me with that look (you know that look). "so loud". I replied "You don't understand at all.. Go listen to ur shit..." Thank you slipknot.

In my opinion, this was his worst era of screams. I'm glad he got to rest his voice in the pandemic. The screams on the new album are brutal

The respectful thing to do would be to realize that an older band isn’t going to sound like they did 18 years ago🙃🙃🙃

You meant sad, right? To watch a talented band carry a talentless vocalist that can't even perform his own songs anymore.

@@phe0385 man he just blew up his voice off like hetfield but not too worse. He can sing with his clean vocal bithies, but he cant scream like he used to.
