I like mine with chorizo, creamcheese and gouda. I even do habaneros wrapped in bacon. They are awesome and really not that hot after smoking.

Those look AMAZING! I made something similar a while back and everybody LOVED them. I did cut mine in half though. However I used spicy sausage, a bit more cream cheese, a bit of shredded chedder and a few spices mixed in. Wrapped them in bacon and they were FANTASTIC! One tip though ... try to keep the seeds out if you can. They're not as hot as the white fleshy part of the pepper but they can often add some bitterness. 👍😎

Started watching you almost 10 years ago, first video I ever saw was the bacon wrapped beer can burgers, they were a hit that year on our annual camping trip and get requested often still. My outdoor cooking skills have improved immensely and my outdoor cooking equipment has expanded over the years and you boys were instrumental in my becoming an accomplished cue’r ,thank you and keep up the good work!

What's interesting with these is when you make the fresh jalapenos sometimes one pepper is extremely hot and other times a pepper is very mild. Canned Jalapenos are also good.

I added some liquid smoke, and a lot more cream cheese this time around.... Oh, and a dash of Franks Red Hot sauce.... Oh!... And also, I put em on skewers, to help keep the bacon from unraveling while cooking.

He better not touch his eyes, nose, or mouth. The oil in the Jalapeño last a long time on your hands. I always use gloves.

The meat inside the jalapenos seemed to shrink as it cooked. May I possibly suggest adding grated/shredded cheese with the meat to help keep the inside from shrinking too much? It does look amazing though!

To avoid shrinkage, I'd suggest a leaner grind. 90/10 might get you there, tho you may lose some flavor due to the lower amount of fat. 🤷

Next time throw the meat mix into a piping bag or a ziplok bag with a corner cut off, and just inject the meat into the peppers 💪

I used to eat like that before my quadruple bypass... You guys might want to see a doctor and get an EKG, blood pressure check, and a walking EKG. You might be surprised. I am on 6 medications a day. When they do the bypass you aren't normal again. You are OK, but they replaced arteries with veins... You won't run a mile ever again in your life. Before the surgery I was an avid runner. Now I am just avid.

With all due respect and nothing against you...... some people just aren't built to eat like this. Me personally eat stuff like this all the time. I've had multiple ekg's done and a bunch of other tests. I also smoke and drink and my doctors always give me shit for doing what I do but apparently the tests don't lie and my doctors just say you are fine but you might want to stop lol.
