Back in the day many moons ago, I would cook ribs in the oven, bake them on a rack when I didn't feel like burning wood. It would take me hours to cook them in the oven. But like the man said 40 minute ribs. I didn't understand pressure cookers back then. The best invention to date is the electric pressure cooker. 40 minute ribs!

My fast way to do it when I'm lazy but still want ribs is to put them in the instant pot for 25mins then sear them off on the grill for 5 mins a side and then glaze let them go for another 2mins and take em off. Super yummy and only takes like 45mins
