Nice match. Never doubt Rodney Morris' ability to string together a lot of absolute top level play into a win.

I've been wondering what happened to Danny Harriman. I haven't heard anything about him in a while. It's good to see him back in stroke and playing again.

The miserably tough rack Rodney ran out at 44min is INSANE! Never an easy shot. Awesome tenacity.

Great match. What a comeback by Rodney. However BClub - what happened to the "Watch in High Quality" option. Every time a player moved or shot it left after effects on the screen, and the balls looked fuzzy and out of focus. Is Rodney getting grey headed or was that light reflections from his hair gel?

Danny was a great player. He looks much less quirky in 08 than he did in his younger days.

I am not a pro however if you put the cue ball about 3 ins. off the real on either side on the break you'll get something in the side pocket every time. Any comments welcome.

@agmoose Yeah, it's hard to imagine anyone saying anything bad about him. I met him at a tournament several years back and he was a class act. Btw, what Morris does to Harriman here is what I saw Harriman do to another player. At that level, happens often.

naw dude I cant stand Diliberto (old guy) guys way more annoying, his calls are wrong half the time, Jim can be annoying at times too but hes a much better commentator and player for that matter, his calls are always spot on!

@aznelf13 I dunnno who is wynch and who is diliberto... but the old guy is really good.. talking about the game.. heard him in a few games already.. The young guy just talks and talks and talks some of the things he says are not necesary at all... its really irritating. And he always talks so loudly after every 9 ball pot....

Danny says of Rodney, "You hit it good" without saying anything about the english he used or the speed to make it good for shape on the next shot. This is what commentators should be making comments on. However, on predicted shots (which are, unfortunately, most of what commentators do today) before players even shoot, everything about the predicted shot is described in detail, the english, direction, speed, angle and so on. Many times it's all wrong because the player decides to shoot differently than what was predicted which is confusing to the novice. If comments could be made instead on shots players decided to shoot AFTER shooting them to explain why it was decided to shoot it that way, no mistakes would be made and the novice would understand it better, I believe.
