How did you estimate the counts?

@@l0gic23 head count them with two people. They will come out in small groups. Obviously we are off by some because several will escape and you just can’t count them all. So over 400 easily

@@batconservationandmanageme4343 sorry I missed this. I have a custom house I bought on eBay years ago it’s around 36” tall by 24” wide. It was listed as a maternity house. It’s only 12’ high and the bats love it. In central FL a few miles from the east Atlantic

This is exactly the hope that I have for my bat house. I like that pole that the house is on. What kind of pole or post is that and how did you mount the house to it?? Just curious because I might the to do the same at my house.

That particular post is steel, about 5'' in diameter

How is it attached to the pole ?
