I was eating in a Hooters and was amazed at how much meat other people left on their wing bones -- not breaking apart their flats, leaving lots of meat on the ends of their drums. I asked the waitress, after pointing at my sun-bleached bones and the plates of others who left 25% or more of the meat on their wing bones, what the deal was.
