This video is about BDA Nada Prabhu kempegowda layout which was a dream destination to but a plot for common middle class people of Bengaluru .
this youtube video, I review Nadaprabhu Kempegowda BDA Layout also called as NPKL is located at the western part of Bangalore. This is the new BDA layout where the BDA sites allotment started in 2016. It is one of the high-tech BDA layout with all utilities (like gas, electricity, ugd pipes and water supply) planned and inside ducts. It is supposed to be spread over 4043 acres and has 9 blocks - Block 1 to 9. Has a Major Arterial Road (MAR) passing through the layout connecting Magadi Main Road to Mysore road. The width is 325 ft and length of 10.7 Kms.

Sir Can you make NPKGL acquisition, compensation for Revenue land owners. From April they are allowing to pay taxes at Panchayat office and in notice board many survey numbers is listed for acquisition. Around NPKGL Sites.

Sir can you make video on the below content. In Panchayat office they asked us to go to BDA office, in BDA they are asking us to submit the documents for compensation. Terms and conditions from BDA side. Revenue land owner should not have any property in the name of LAND OWNER AND SPOUSE. Most of them are not willing to apply for compensation because they have other property's in there name or spouse name.
