we visited today to this place of BDA plots ,but the plots material quality is not so good. The registration will open from November 1st 2023,The place is good the plots not worth for the money

Pls before anyone buys check the property quality doors are alrdy cracked and local wood used for all the windows n doors.. There is no space for visitor parking inside.. And only single car can be parked in the home parking.. I hav sites surrounding and the property value is rs 2500sft running.. Don't know on wht basis this ppl are charging so high just for 4 walls.. Ther is no streetlights and no tar roads.. U can buy site surrounding for cheap rates and construct a luxury bungalow in tht price..
