I tried these today and it's hands down best recipe for pancakes! They're soft, fluffy and sweet. Thank you for sharing! A couple of things: use low heat, a good pan and think about that amount of sugar. I doubled the recipe but instead of using 2/3 of sugar I took 1/2 cup and they were still really sweet. So if you don't have a sweet tooth or are cooking a sweet topping like a syrup or something to put on top of this you better cut down the sugar a little bit.

Thank you. This is the only recipe I have been using for a long time now, and it's perfect for me. You just have to make the heat low and really pay attention to the bubbles, flip the pancake only when bubbles appear on the entire surface of the pancake.
