So clear and well thought out as always, thanks. Any chance you could show how these or similar principles would apply in doubles? The point about lowering the ball, stepping in or hitting harder would be the same i guess but the targets from the back would be reduced by the net presence while the net man would have more targets.

Sorry, but the fact that it is clear I do not see... I watched it twice and even after that, there is no clearness. The meaning is not coming at me. I watched it again, and still, I do not see the meaning of this. I Do see some benefits. But then again, it is not clear to me at all what your meaning is.
