When one is attentive, there is no thought arising which is saying ' i am attentive' or 'i must be attentive' . No chit chat is going on in the mind, so for that period one is not registering because there is no thought arising which is saying 'this is bad, this is good etc.etc.'

I guess, J krishnamurti sir conveyed a beautiful piece of information which is about to forget about the physical existence of us. He insist to listen and live the moment.
