Hi Joseph. Ive been listening to other content creators about mindset shifts and embodying the I Am state which had helped me tremendously but it all clicked for me through the message of “I am love happiness peace bliss and fulfillment for no reason at all” which I started affirming on a daily basis and had great results applying them in real life. I also love the walking videos which I sometimes watch before falling asleep. I appreciate the work you do. Thank you.
