from my understanding, the animatics being deleted was a mistake that was made when they were trying to crack down on bootlegs right before the revival ! I haven't seen any animatics taken down since and many people who messaged them about it got their videos restored so with that in mind it should be safe for you to reupload the video here on youtube !
