Wow you’re very smart. Very well explained and thank you for altering my mindset. Similarly to what you said near the beginning of the video, every time I have a tasks or goal I will enter the situation with a mindset without and negatives or positives. I tell myself in my head ‘after this task I will feel good and successful’. The fact that I have no positive feelings just like you said drives me even more to achieve the success I am aiming for so I can actually feel pleasure afterwards. It’s seems like an amazing strategy, thanks jake, it’ll always be on my mind. I also think it uses that feeling of humbleness as a driving force to build success and joy.I think it’s similar to looking at each goal as little steps rather than viewing your whole goal as a massive staircase, as it decreases intimidation. Thanks jake can’t wait for the next upload :)

This sounds really strange..... but I would feel way more motivated to do revision if I didn’t get homework. I like to do homework as soon as I get it so I don’t feel guilty. Without homework I wouldn’t feel I’d already done enough work so without it I’d come home and just sweat out revision rather than homework on top of that

JameZz_MTB No yeah i get you 100% but why dont you swap that around so you come home motivated to revise and then once youd revised, do the homework because you know you have to. So do the optional whilst your motivated and then do the must.
