"Canadian government does all can to please local Canadian population". This is such an odd statement but it shows the depth of the problem. What other population our goverment is supposed to be aiming to please? We have arrived at a point where foreign nationals coming into the country assume that they are entitled to stay and engage in protest whenever the government introduces a public policy that these guests in our country do not like. It's an utter absurdity.

I appreciate your content on Express Entry, but there’s a major gap that I, and many others, are struggling with. I only have 1560 hours of continuous student skilled work experience in Canada, which meets the minimum eligibility for the Federal Skilled Worker (FSW) program but doesn’t qualify for points under work experience. I’m trying to create my EE profile to be considered under FSW, not Canadian Experience Class (CEC), but the options are confusing. There’s no clear guidance on how to ensure this experience counts only for minimum eligibility without earning points. It would be super helpful if you could make a detailed video on this topic, as it’s a unique but common issue that’s not being addressed. Thanks!

In flag pooling process, the people who are coming on visitor visa and not able to speak English properly. Officer not gonna to approve work permit or LIMA. Therefore, result in quality immigration. There are many people just coming on visitor visa who can’t understand even basic English, they were getting Lima and becoming cook, truck drivers etc. Now, everything will be changed. Good news for deserving candidates who already in Canada and struggling for Job.

Those pathways will be limited to in demand jobs and sectors in Canada. Not all pgwp are doing low wage jobs alot of them are at good positions so Canada would not like to loose them otherwise who will fill up their jobs ?????

Will Canada observe its business owners who are demanding 30000-70000 dollars per LIMA from poor educated skill persons ? It is duty of Canada to bring transparent systems to use emerging technologies like artificial intelligence and block chain technology. But it shows that Canada has weak capacity to tackle this issues. But in future, labour shortage will be loss fir Canada economy. All set-up can't go on automation in future easily.

Anybody who's processing time for the application has exceeded the normal timeline, should be allowed to go to the border and get the work permit or whatever Visa they have applied for. Because it's not the fault of the applicant, it's the fault of ircc that they are delaying the application.

@@vikram_shahi Yes I am a Lecturer at a QS ranked university for last 3 years and have a MS from the USA in information technology. At this moment I have 4 publications, 2 of which is in Q1 Journal. By the end of next year I will have about 10 publications, And I was wondering if that will qualify me in as a researcher for Canadian immigration. I also have 1+ year of corporate experience in USA as a software QA tester.

My own view sir as at last week. How foreigner will apply for work permit from outside CANADA when LMIA cancelled Vistor Visa can no longer apply for work permit again. As it is to me. Canada will soon experience Labour shortages.

Kidding.. Millions with out jobs in canada .. My friend running a restaurant in Toronto said at least 5 people are coming there every day begging for few hours of work... While many many business are selling work pernit and LMIA for money.. Pathetic situation in canada now... My friend s have college going kids none of them getting any part time position s now
