@@EagleScoutMacGuzman I am currently a scout. Watching your Life Rank video I realized that my troop is not boy led anymore. My rank is currently second class. I would like for you to make more videos about awards such as messengers of peace and the national outdoor awards.

rmp elpersona sorry to hear that. I know some Troops swing better boy-led and adult-led. Sometimes due to the experienced Scouts aging out (turning 18) and sometimes due to changes in Scoutmaster. Whenever the adults start treating Boy Scouts (now Scouts BSA) like Cub Scouts you will have an adult-led Troop. Hopefully it is only temporary, otherwise, find another Troop. Family life is very easy, especially if you do most of the requirements with your family. That's what I did and I got most of it done in one night. Well, the written portion of it.

That’s what my brother did. He already finished Family Life because he tracked his chores for Personal Management is such a way that it applies to both. I did not😢

Ahhh yes, its an either/or between the two. In my opinion I think you should still earn it because the skills that it teaches are valuable.

You can always do it at camp or get a Merit Badge Counselor from your district.
