If leaning on others is scary, as with other things you can just make tiny steps towards that. I've tried it before and what I did was just tell someone whom I felt most comfortable with something I felt just about safe enough to share. The beauty of this is that, gradually, others will start being vulnerable with you too and show you much more about who they are. It is an awesome experience.

thank you for this video! can you elaborate more on what is the difference between emotional and mental health and how to measure if you're doing well in both? thank you

Great question! They're related, of course. All four aspects are related. But let's think about it like this: If you have trouble focusing, thinking clearly, etc that's a mental issue. If you're overwhelmed by emotions (whether positive or negative, to the point that they're controlling you), that's an emotional issue. Does that make sense? A great way to measure is through connection why other people. This is why it's important for us to cultivate close relationships with people: family, friends, etc. And why it's important to have a spiritual father. And even a therapist, if possible.

Greethings from Serbia for our ortodox brother's. Your work is great but friendly advice. You can't CATCH a virus trought air or another person. Your cell produce viruses to get rid of toxins in your organism. Viruses are not living organisms like bacterias. And only way to CATCH a virus is if someone inject you with cell with viruse. Because virus can't operate without a living cell. So don't be afraid to go to New York sub, and please don't wear a mask in church. You there guys suppose to be a free world. All the best and God bless you.

Thanks, but that's not how viruses work.

@@stevenchristoforou1667 How does it work?
@stevenchristoforou16674 жыл бұрын
@@ПетарВ.Петровић Viruses can "hijack" cells and cause them to create new copies of the virus. Cells don't create viruses to expel toxins. And viruses are certainly contagious. Think of how the flu spreads every year: people catch the virus, the virus multiples in the person, and then is spread to another person. You are right in that viruses aren't living organisms like bacteria. But they can still infect and get people sick (and make new versions of themselves).

@@stevenchristoforou1667 Ok I see you are believe in official theory of dr. Koh who is bdw. on the end of his life say that he was wrong. Life is great for you guys. Just take the vaccine for every desease and won't be ill never. Won't argue with anybody's belive. Just wont to say that human body and mind are much perfect creations that medicine wont us to believe. Just nobody on tv as teaching how to use it properly.

@@ПетарВ.Петровић Dr Koh? Our knowledge of viruses goes back to the 19th century. I'm not sure Dr Koh is (or what he said he was wrong about). As for the body, I mean, they're fragile things. Bones break, people get sick, we have heart attacks, we get cancer. I don't know what you mean when you say that bodies are "more perfect creations" than medicine wants us to believe.
