Very good talk. We learn that most of our thoughts are from the ego illusion of separation. We can then identify them and let Divine thoughts flood them out! Thank you. Blessed be

I've learned from the life-transforming SRF/YSS teachings/lessons that rather than trying to still the mind/thoughts, just focus on relaxing/stilling the body first, and once the body is relaxed the mind will follow. Being who I AM, I always have to prove that any new idea really works, and of course it did. So much easier to still the body than it is to still the restless mind. To me Spirit never leaves me where it found/finds me. Be Still and KNOW That I AM God (there's that I Amness again)....The Truth never needs to be defended. Thank you, Logan, for your excellent manner of teaching Truth.

That’s okay! The more you meditate, the more you will learn how to stay aware during deeper states of meditation. It takes patience and practice! Also, try different meditation techniques out.

Yes bro warmup is crucial. We always going to have thoughts when we begin meditation session and we need to sit in this stillness for around 5-15 minutes in order to reach state of no mind, where we are not bothered by our thoughts and emotions and we simply are. People have so much surpressed emotions and they neglect their emotional health, that for them minute in stillness is unbearable but its training, in first day of meditation we can reach no mind state in 30 minutes, or we can not even reach it, but after a few months of meditation we will need much less warm up for example 2-5 minutes to no mind state. Its also worth to emphasize that how deeply we go in meditation also depends on what we eat, a lot of people who struggle with fatigue can simply go sleep instead of meditating but meditation is very active process. Thanks bro

I just literally had your channel in my feed about 20 minutes ago. My friend Megan was into spirituality and it intrigued me and I had my awakening just over a year. I’ve been watching videos since then but I’m glad the algorithm finally put you in my feed and I subscribed and am binge watching. 👍

I’m really enjoying your channel! You do a great job explaining these, often, confusing concepts. I was wondering if you’re familiar with the works of Douglas Harding and his “headless way” approach?

Hey Logan, I recently had the experience of being the observer of my thoughts a few weeks ago. It was both amazing and strange because I felt like I was watching my thoughts as if they weren't mine. I've been trying to replicate that experience but so far, I haven't been successful. any advice?

@@LoganBarone no, it happened spontaneously while I was leaving work. I have been practicing non judgmental awareness for a while and I had a break 😁

Sorry if this seems dumb but can you interact with other witnesses in that state of being. Or at least be aware of them?
@LoganBarone
@LoganBarone Ай бұрын
No, the Witness is not a separate entity that can interact with other Witnesses. The Witness is the universal awareness that underlies all individual experiences and is not limited by the boundaries of individuality. In this view, the Witness is the essence of consciousness that is present in all beings, connecting us all in a shared field of awareness. While it may seem like there are separate Witnesses, it is ultimately an illusion created by the mind's tendency to divide and differentiate. In reality, there is only one universal consciousness that is the source of all individual experiences.

Tell me if you are visualising with a thought to make it into a real experience, does this thought become an energy blockage, hopefully you get what I'm trying to express, thank you for the video,
@LoganBarone
@LoganBarone Ай бұрын
I think I understand what you’re asking. If we’re trying to manifest something by visualizing with a thought this is fine but it’s important that we don’t become attached to the thought or the outcome. We can be intentional with our thoughts and use them to visualize to create the reality we want to experience without being attached to it. We have the thought, we visualize, we believe it’s already done (law of assumption) and then we let it go. If we are attached to it, then yes, it will create an energy blockage and it will also prevent whatever we want to manifest or experience from coming to pass. I hope this helps!

I suppose it’s like writing a letter of intent but never posting it? Becoming attached to the letter hinders the fulfillment of intent.
