Sad that Rich Piana is no longer with us. He was open and honest about his steroid use and was well aware that he was pushing the limits with how much he was taking and how big he was getting. Today's bodybuilders are using way too much and are getting so big that it is not only deadly but not aesthetically pleasing either. I admired Piana's honesty about his steroid usage because it really irks me when I see blown up bodybuilders endorse protein powders and give kids a false hope of achieving the same body without drugs. Sorry for the long ass post. Awesome channel Justin! Keep up the great work and rock on!

I am back bodybuilding again myself at 48 after going through a bad patch, so have been binge watching various bodybuilding KZbinrs (2 of which have unfortunately died.
