Took a long time to learn how to be okay with myself. Haven’t been in a relationship since 2009, friends got married and moved away long ago. I’m so used to it now, not against people, just don’t actively seek it out. Fun events this weekend I’m going to alone, more excited than feeling “lonely”. There’s many bars, coffee shops, clubs, restaurants I frequent regularly and chat with other “regulars”. Got to meet my favorite rock star recently, got her autograph and photo with her. My spirit instantly soars to a higher place every time I think about that night. Important to stay social than just staying home 👍🏻

I have found a power strategy for success, is to look at myself and life, as if its not mine. Then give myself and advice and help myself. This impersonal perspective, bypasses self destructive complexes.

Interesting perspective. One strategy im starting to get in the habit of is the idea of “growing” through life as opposed to “going” through life. There’s a vertical as opposed to horizontal aspect to this mindset for me.

It's literally like you're making these videos just to answer a question I had the previous day. Yesterday my friend said that a relationship is finding someone to complete you and it got me thinking that Yes I believed that all along but last night it didn't sit right with me. As we gradually discover what we truly are & who we want to be, realization of self begins. Identification with fiction ceases. Perception of self adjusts to fit what we believe. Behaviors modify to resemble beliefs that align with our desires. Everyone must create themselves from their internal personal relationship or you will sadly become someone else's idea.

Many of Joseph’s videos teach’s how to become aware of your thoughts and maybe listen to this one a couple times; you’ll hear it more completely each time. Listen to your thoughts and dialogue with yourself regarding them.
