Beautiful spot Andy! Too bad about your phone and exactly why I use GoPro in the canoe cause it would happen to me too 😂

I feel your anguish! Had that happen last year with pier fishing in Morro Bay, California. I lost two episodes worth of footage - a tour of a Coast Guard Cutter with emphasis on ocean survival tactics and footage of my tiger shark catch off the pier...extremely heartbreaking but at least I have the memories! lol Thanks for all the hard work you put in on your outdoor adventures brother and kudos on the re-make. Looks like an awesome location to camp.

Too bad about the phone buddy. I did a similar thing on our canoe trip in June. My DJI camera is in the Humber river. Glad you salvaged the weekend . Take Care.

Sorry for the lost of your phone. I am not good with mobile phones and the stuff around. But there is maybe an option to copy pictures and videos directly from a Samsung phone to a portable disk (via USB or so). This way you can create a copy/backup of your footage without a computer in the wilderness 😉

I am usually only out for a night or 2 and never really looked into a way to back up my video in the woods. I am usually pretty careful....I may need to look into so.ething like that. Thanks for watching!🤝
