I swear, the end clip with your image standing on the staircase is frightening. That light “aura” around you conveys the expectation of a soon-coming axe murder and dismemberment session. It’s the light around you that just puts the fear of Satan in me.

Look everyone. We found the scary person on the internet today! If Satan is in you you’ve got bigger problems then a photo of me. Get a grip and go spend some time in church.

I always ask why the sellers are selling
@CaseyRomanАй бұрын
Its time for a baby and they'd like to sell the condo to put all funds towards the future little lady or sir. Not that that's any of your business but since people assume the worst of others, that's the reason.

@@CaseyRoman I beg to differ. Sure it is the business of a potential buyer to know or ask why the sellers are selling. Has the house had plumbing leaks, infestations of rodents or insects, is it sinking due to foundation problems. Is the county about to declare an eminent domain to bring a highway through the complex. When buying a used car the buyer certainly wants to know if it was totaled, in a flood, a rental, has multiple recalls.

@@hooverdam7227 this is also incorrect. The items you listed are material facts and they disclosed in what's called a Property Disclosure. This is a legal document. Its also true, though not in this case, that sellers have no obligation to disclose anything in a caveat emptor state. None of the items you listed are discussed verbally because they are material facts. So to ask "why is the seller selling" is in no way going to furnish the information you just listed. While far from the case is this particular situation, I'll also say that if you think when you ask a seller "why are you selling?" they are going to say "Oh because we have plumbing leaks, rodents, foundation problems and an incoming highway!" That is the funniest comment posted on this channel....
