So that is actually a big house that has two apartments side by side? So is somebody living on the other side? I would really be interested in renting the other side because it is facing the ocean.. Your title is misleading. It is not a house but an apartment that you are getting.

A house is a separate building, not connected to other structures. An apartment is a separate unit within a residential complex. So it's a rental house on someone's property.
