We struggled with parking around Essaouria too and found (inland) a beautiful campsite run by a Finish couple (oh I mean French) called Esprit du Nature. They had tortoises living in their garden, loads of shade and a swimming pool! Great stop (yes appreciate it’s a paid campsite but still!) X

Love the no motorhomes sign with a motorhome parked behind it. Hang a sarong etc inside over your window facing the wind and tuck bottom half under mattress. Still give plenty of fresh air but stop the fine sand and gust of wind waking you up all night. Sure John will find a solution to get it rigged up for you. Sometimes it took me a couple of wacks around the head with a frying pan to get my ingenuity firing on all cylinders so maybe try that on John. Sorry not sorry John 😂

Look at some of the items that they throw away. Not sure they will fit in the bins! But John will love my job. We receive 100's of tons of YOUR waste from the UK and Norway in lorries and shipping containers every day here in Sweden (they come in 1 ton bales. Each lorry has about 35 of them). And we unload the lorry's and containers and burn everything. That then makes electricity for the north of Stockholm. We burn about 300-500 tons of UK rubbish a day. And I've seen some of the crap John throws away too!! Ohhhh 23:38. Nice 2021 BMW GS 1250 HP.

You guys are so funny! Brings back memories of our adventure to essouera, we had some stomach bug from agadir so had to keep stopping to find toilets. and half the time the roads were being built too lots of dead ends. Then we arrived and drove around to find hotels with aircon & no one had aircon so eventually we just accepted a room and realised because it say the sea its cold at night. But best place ever. The fish market is cool.
