Sea daises are urchins not barnacles.
@greekveteran27156 жыл бұрын
I use a 4 tool systtem.(A 10 inch blade, a littke 3 inch blade and a SAW.) When it came to the point that he had to split a wood,he used the 3 inch blade to batonsplit it,not the big blade made by carbon steel,neither the saw... I got tired of this batoning nonsence.I don't know what people find exciting about it,but it starts to get into my nerves,Every channel every video,has to be a "how to risk to break your knife" or "How to use the wrong tool for the job"
@gabehumphries54836 жыл бұрын
thats how the knife world is. I baton every time I start a fire its the jungle everything is wet
@greekveteran27156 жыл бұрын
To tell the truth,I don't think "knife batoning" existed before youtube.It brings more subscribers,I understand that.Our fathers and grandfathers,survived and lived longer than new generations do and they didn't use their tools that way! It's just my opinion.

Barry Bueler I think if your own accent is closer to theirs it's easier, I'm sure English people have no problem understanding the Irish
@barrybueler33566 жыл бұрын
Death By Astonishment it’s not all Irish it’s a Gaelic mumbling in certain parts that I’m sure even people from England could not understand

Leilani sounds like a great way to catch a nasty parasite but then again maybe it’s safe what do I know.
@-Leilani-6 жыл бұрын
I’ve never heard of anyone catching parasites from opihi, if it does happen it’s rare as it’s quite common to just eat them as you pick them off the rocks.

Hey Dude - I just subbed after watching your Swamprat review. I’ve watched several of your knife reviews and enjoy them a lot. One hopefully constructive criticism though - on this video there appeared to be a fair amount of needless suffering. Particularly the fish that you were about to kill that looked like it had spent over an hour outside of water. I have no problem with hunting and fishing for food, but until you turn them into food those animals do feel fear and pain... In my experience, the more a person hunts and fishes, the more quickly and painlessly they kill. Not trying to be preachy - take it easy. 🤙
