We lived there for 2 months the neighbor is great and there is a nice reef straight out from the house. It was hot next to the ocean but the new air would fix that. I bet that it rented fast.

Looks like (what for me) would be a great starter home or place to park until I learned my way around and found a better more permanent set up. $500 a month for that does not even come close to paying my monthly property tax bill in Cali.
