i didn’t know they still make allen hardware. my first deck had allen hardware and they rounded off so fast. when are they gonna start making square bit or torques bit hardware

You either bought cheap hardware or used the wrong size bit, I’m a mechanic and you don’t have to tighten the bolts hard enough to strip them, torx, hex, allen, square, Philips or even flat head bolts would all work for a skateboard you don’t need that much strength to hold trucks on

The key is don't tighten the Allen bolt, you always tighten the nut from the bottom. Don't ever tighten from the bolt side!

I ride a 8.5 and the wheels still suck no matter the board size, I've rode em and honestly they suck azz bro so if your preference is more important than actually being able to ride, than enjoy eating shit on the regular with those baby's.
