I tried the recipe, with different vegetables. It's a hit with the family. I dialed back on the curry paste since there are a few that can't handle spice. Will definitely be remaking this again in the future.

Add a bit of coconut cream to your meat with the red curry. It tastes better

Hi, to my taste it does not. It give the noodles a hint of spice and you can taste a hint of curry only, nothing strong. It’s not a large amount of curry added.

Hi, it could be due to overcooked noodles. The meat has oil so it should help prevent the noodles from being stuck in chunks.
