What makes this kart good is the small hitbox compared to others. It's stats also being pretty good. It's def a meta kart choice in my book, nice color on dk as a bonus. (DK Jettsetter is Salmon colored for some reason and it's great lol)

The only reason why i like honeycoupe/dragonetti more than flame flyer is because at least this has acceleration Not that much of a big deal because of recovering all your speed by a still miniturbo but it's still somewhat annoying

I've never really been bothered with the complete brokenness of Mario Kart Wii. Just because a game is unbalanced competitively doesn't mean the game is bad. Lots of games I love are unbalanced but are super fun, like Red Alert 3, Super Smash Bros Brawl, etc. A bad competitive game doesn't mean a bad game.
