Andrew, I am 75 years old, that beautiful stove Cousin Gary is a relic from the past, just like those old naphtha gas lanterns and stoves. I was raised with these, and when they are looked after and appreciated. I will take a good old kerosene lantern ahead of that new propane light. What a treat to listen and watch Gary with his skill and love for preparation of food...

Whitetail deer is the only deer we have here in Illinois.They are like cockroaches, seem to be everywhere. If you dive any at night you better be careful, they just stand in the road. They sure are tasty, i eat alot . Good job with the kitchen!

If you haven’t tried it already next time you fry fish up a bunch of fish before you throw it in seasoning use a bottle of mustard and pour over the fish just yellow mustard and instead of milk and egg use the straight mustard too get breading/ seasoning on fish we do it with Andy’s seasoning it tastes awesome like that even with Andy’s spicy seasoning...

If you want a really good smoke use dry Poplar and mix it with wet Red Willow and it has to be wet like fresh Willow that makes her beautiful smoke

Aww Andrew thats one of the best camps Ive seen so far !! When I saw that cook stove I wanted to stove blue it cause they are my favorite to cook on . Thats great you can repurpose that burnt over timber . Will you have to tear down or can you leave it up? Good to see your dad again , me and my dad used to do the same things . Dont stay to close to the cook stove haha . Keep the videos coming .
