Bear Crawl Tutorial // The bear crawl is a simple and effective core exercise that is truly a full body experience.
Most people don't know to try to PULL the ground towards them as they crawl (hello lats). Simple cues like that and protracting (creating space between your shoulder blades) makes ALL the difference.

This is really a full body experience/exercise! That said, you'll notice a lot of core and shoulders!
