Let's make Chocolate Bear Rolls ♥
INGREDIENTS
~Chocolate Dough~
420 g (3 1/2 cups) All Purpose Flour
7 g (2 1/4 tsp) Instant Dry Yeast
35 g (1/4 cup) Sugar
35 g (1/3 cup) Cocoa Powder
3 g (1/2 tsp) Salt
237 ml (1 cup) Milk, warm
5 ml (1 tsp) Vanilla Extract

1 lrg. Egg
76 g (1/3 cup) Butter
Total Dough Weight = 917 grams
Weigh per head = 93 grams (9pcs)
Weigh per ear = 4 grams (18 pcs)
Bake at a preheated 177°C (350°F) oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
Chocolate for filling, optional
