I think the Beardstache looks better on you when your hair is shorter. With the long hair, I think the full beard fit you better. All in all though I’m very jealous that you can pull off so many different hair and facial hair styles!

It's been a few months since I began growing a moustache but something's not normal i think. My moustache is growing way too straight and don't want to curve down by gravity. I tried some beard oil, conditioner and balm but nothing works. It keeps growing in a straight line and it's weird. But i love the beardstashe!

Mustaches tend to be straighter than the rest of the beard on most people to begin with. I wish mine were naturally straight like that, lol 😅! But there are two things you can do to change the shape of your stache; training it over time with heat, and mustache wax. Beard oil will do virtually nothing at all for the shape of your beard, balm does a lot more, but still not as much as mustache wax 😉. But especially if you've only been going for a few months, you should definitely start training it with heat (not too much obviously and not without beard oil to protect it from the heat). As it gets longer it will become a bit easier to style. When it's short it will be harder to get it to do what you want. Less to work with and all that. Same as any other hair, lol.

I only use mustache wax to shape my handlebar. It has a tendency of wanting to be straight ahead as I keep everything under my nose short enough to not go over my lip. Wax is all I need to have it do what I need it to.

Personally, I don’t think the end result suits you at all Eric. (You did ask!). The moustache with slightly curled tips looked great, and if you don’t want the full long beard, then I would go for a short well trimmed beardstache, rather than the minimal stubble look. But thats just my opinion, youndo what you like at the time 👍

Well you look fantastic in any kind of beard style. You are very lucky in that sense. You have the necessary fullness & symmetry to rock any facial hair style with confidence. It's also due in large part to the actual color of your facial hair being so fair. Fair beards virtually always look good in any style as the contrast to skin is always far less dramatic & bold. I have dark dirty blonde facial hair and a bit more sparse overall compared to yours. Except for my stache it's super full. But doesn't connect properly to the goatee. Now at 40 it's also about half white everywhere including the stache. Not grey but totally snow white. I'd say to you rock whatever you want, whenever you want. I myself like the beard-stache look best on most guys. But the stache should be natural/chevron style and not horseshoe or lengthy

I like the beardstache look on you, but honestly, I think it's the change. I think your beard, trimmed neat, also looks good. Have you ever thought of sporting a circle beard for a while? That's the changeup I"ll be doing with my full beard in a few months.

I thought the beardstache looked better before you trimmed it, personally I would slightly trim the bars back and slightly crop up towards the upper lip, barely exposing the lip etc. I think a real beardstache looks like "an almost handlebar with a light to heavy stubble", rather than a light stubble cop stache which you landed on solidly with style might I add, still think this video was awesome and I love you EBHZ

It's your company, Eric, but I do miss the early days of Beardbrand. Your long beard from years ago is what inspired me to grow. The original Old Money was a scent like nothing else. Now the products have changed, and you don't rock much facial hair. It just kind of makes me sad.

Appreciate the comment. We haven't changed Old Money's fragrance at all since we launched it. Temple Smoke and Four Vices evolved slightly. I've been rocking facial hair, just shorter length. As a rule of thumb, bigger mustaches look better on guys with good hair and strong chins/jaw lines. Beardstaches don't really accentuate anything for bald guys, nor do really burly beards.
