I automatically did not like your facial hair in the beginning. And you do look better clean-shaven than you did with the facial hair. But I don’t think that it’s an even comparison. Your facial hair looks more like a 5 o’clock shadow. Like someone who had forgotten to shave for a couple of days. It’s very different than someone with a week or two’s growth. The article that you mentioned said “well groomed beard“ and I agree that a well groomed beard looks better than clean-shaven. No one likes the look of the 5 o’clock shadow. And I think very few like long messy beards…
