Yes there is, he has no idea how to eat hot food. Milk, ice cream or any of the other "magic cures" either don't work, bread, or things with VERY high fat contents First. The fat will coat the inside of your mouth and slow the capsaicin it does nothing after, lactose can make it worse. Once you've F'ed around, you can drink copious amounts of cider vinegar to burn skin on the inside of your mouth. The outer cells desolve and sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. He was already f'ed with the first bite, should have suffered it out. Instead he psyched himself out.

Had my friend try a regular pistachio ice cream va Halo top (in bowls no labels she didn't see me scoop) and she couldn't tell which was which. But some flavors aren't as good. That happened to me at my favorite bar in Kansas City. It's called Grinders...like the sandwich...not the gay dating app lmao. Anyways...fantastic pizza. They make their own sausage there and it makes the best pizza ever. Also they have the so named Death Nectar wings. I was pretty used to the reaper peppers at the time. I legitimately could not make it through 2 wings. It's was nuts. I was in my bar stool spinning in circles. Drank 4 pints to try and help....it just made me drunk and on fire. 10/10 would recommend the experience. They have a giant courtyard thing out back and they serve food and beer during concerts. I've seen Clutch there. And Reverend Horton Heat. Several others. It's a grand spot.

I've ate 10 habaneros in a row before within 5-10 minutes while drinking and it wasn't that bad. Heat tolerance is pretty damn manageable if you get used to it. Hell, for breakfast I had an egg muffin with 5 habaneros on it and for lunch I had a sandwich with another 4. When I started eating fresh peppers I began with jalapeno's and now those have no heat at all, same for serrano's. Have had multiple ghost peppers on three occasions and had 3 Carolina reapers about a year ago and those were pretty hot, not going to lie but definately manageable. Just have to build your tolerance up. Remember drinking beer at parties as a teenager? A 6-pack would get you pretty drunk if not hammered. Drink a 6-pack every day for 6 months and you might just get buzzed. Or smoking for instance, I had my first cigarette when I was 15 and I got OBLITERATED and had to sit down for 15 minutes due to dizziness. Just a year later I could wipe out 3-4 in one sitting and barely get a rush. Just have to build it up like anything else. The only problem is that heat tolerance drops FAST! I was homeless for 4 months and had no hot peppers during that time and when I tried a habanero again I felt like my face was melting despite having no problem with them before. Had to work my way up again from the start.

@@Mt2pserverGplays Hardly any processed foods are as hot as the actual pepper. I had some Carloina Reaper almonds that tasted around as hot a Serrano (per handful). Think about, the seasoning is basically ground-up pepper and how many peppers are going to fit in the canister of almonds he is eating? Maybe half of one, a fourth? Eating a single Carolina reaper would probably be multiple times hotter than that tube of nuts. At least 5-10 times.

The super spicy challenges really should only be done by people who are acclimated to extreme spice and it takes years to build up the tolerance level for it. I personally can do spice challenges but I mean I've been slowly building up my tolerance since I was like 17 years old. I just really am not a fan of seeing somebody not acclimated to this level of spice doing it, it really is them taking a risk.

The numbness and shaking are a function of the brain's pain gate. If you stub your toe, then immediately bash your finger with a sledge hammer, you won't feel your toe. His brain was basically ignoring his extremities in an attempt to direct all focus on wtf was happening to his mouth hole. The two bad things that can happen in this experience is 1.) he stops breathing 2.) his heart stops beating He's young and in good health. Neither of those was likely to happen. He was enduring torturous pain, and torture works.

Im going to be completely honest with you folks, I did the Deathnut Challenge and it was hell, the tube of terror is 20-30 deathnuts, i feel bad for this man because I not only had a ring of fire but it felt like i was pissing napalm for 3 days after the deathnut challenge. Good job man, lots of respect, I completed the deathnut challenge, but it changed the way I looked at food, spicy foods are still good to me, but the absolute pain that you go through with these challenges is scary, i have been literally tortured, and i would rather have that again then the mental game played by 13 million scovile units

I'm actually impressed by how calm he was. I mean, a whole tube of that, and he stayed sit still. Sure he is still shaking and tearing up, but I saw people jumping around and screaming after a spicy challenge in other videos. I guess it shows how great his endurance and composure. I don't think I can be that calm and composed after one nut lol. And if I were his wife, I'd be scared to death too because it does look scary. The spicy challenge is no joke. A lot of those places that offer spicy challenge comes with a warning and some even request for a signed waiver from the customer. By the way, I remember one Korean KZbinr named Dolly. Her spicy food tolerance is just unbelievable. I've watched her video on the world's spiciest curry and amazed by how calm she was.

Just a general observation - the worst thing is that it can "hurt" you in the long term too, and you won't even feel it straight away.
