I had a friend of mine from saudi Arabia who was eating a sandwich made of bread and peppers. I asked him what's going on - he told me he had a heart conditon and it was necssary for him to eat this sandwich every day ( he was very thin but looked very healthy) If memories serves me, I believe his name was Aziz. I asked for a taste - he told me it was sent from his family and was very hot - said don't try it. So I asked for a small piece - he gave me a fingernail (a clip amount from a small finger) - amount it took me a half and hour and a half loaf of bread and milk to stop the pain. My head exploded from first bite. I'll never forget that bite back in approximately 1980. It took me a half hour to get to the milk.
