Q: Don’t you worry about your health?
A: Not in particular. I’m active. I eat nutrient dense foods five days a week. And, I get quarterly bloods done, amongst other health checks.

Don’t know if anyone knows this, but when reheating pizza in the microwave, include a mug of water in there. It keeps the bread and cheese moist and doesn’t come out with that chewiness that microwave reheated pizza usually has.

Heat up pizza using a sandwich press a bit of baking paper over the top stops it from sticking. Hot base, melted toppings, crispy crust

Hands down the best way to reheat a pizza slice is put it in your barbecue on a barbecue mat. It's done in seconds, if the barbecue is preheated, it makes it nice and crispy and in addition gives it a light barbecued flavour.

Good point - rarely do you find care in making these days - I found one place out of many in our town (Dumaguete Philippines) where they actually take care in the prep and it makes a difference in the final product - not sure why the other places can't do the same.

Now, now. How do we quantify a slice? They did trim off the crust on two sides, so I assume they discarded those thin slices and gave Beard the biggest of the three slices. Unless that's not a valid definition. Is there a minimum number of cuts needed? If you cut a pizza in half is it two slices? Or is a slice just about shape? Is a square piece of pizza a slice? Surely this pizza is the shape of a slice.
